Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due the difficulties in arranging the sureties, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.16113 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021.

3.
