To set aside the order of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam made in M.C.O.P.No.378/2014, dated 28.03.2016.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.JAWHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 974 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner/the Oriental Insurance Company shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
