08.04.2022,and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor vide the letter in D.No.278/2024 dated 01/02/2024, forward by the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Tirunelveli this Court made the following order: This Court vide orders dated 08.04.2022 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor to complete the trial in C.C.No.15 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor vide letters dated 06.04.2023 & 03.08.2023 sought extension of time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2020. This Court vide orders dated 21.06.2023 & 11.10.2023 also extended the time to dispose the same.

3. Now, once again, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor vide a letter dated 01.02.2024 bearing D.No.278/2024 has expressed his inability to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2020 and sought extension of time to dispose of the same.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in his letter dated 01.02.2024, this Court is inclined to extend the time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2020. The learned learned Judicial Magistrate, 2/4

Valliyoor is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
