M. PRAKASH, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR. C. DEEPAK, Advocate for the Respondent, and this matter having stood over for Consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That the award of Tribunal in Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, 3rd Additional Sub Court), Trichirappalli and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed;
(2) That the Appellant Transport Corporation be and hereby is directed to deposit the award amount together with interest to the rate of 7.5% p. a. From the date of petition till the date of deposit, less the amount already deposited, within a period of Six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment;
(3) That the Claimant be and hereby is entitled to get Compensation awarded by the Tribunal below with interest and;
