C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)Nos.1642 to 1645 of 2012 COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions arise from separate orders passed in I.A.Nos.767 to 770 of 2011 in O.S.Nos.141 to 144 of 2007. Each order relates to each of the suits mentioned.
2. The defendant is the revision petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is dead.
3. In response, the learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff submitted that all the suits were disposed of on 19.04.2017.
4. Since the suits have been disposed, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
