O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Writ Petition filed seeking Mandamus to consider the representation of the writ petitioner in respect of usage of a pathway in Survey No.49/10A at Agaram Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader states that the said property stands in the name of the eighth respondent and patta is in his favour. In respect of the usage of the pathway, there is a civil suit initiated by the petitioner for a declaration and the same is pending. 3.In view of the fact that right to access in a disputed pathway is pending before the civil court which is competent to decide upon the right of the petitioner, this Court cannot issue a direction to consider the representation.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
