4.C.Rajendran : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute the peace committee to add the representative from the SC Parayar Community as Vizha Committee member in the "Grama Puthu Mahalinga Swamy Madathu Committee for conducting the Jallikattu at Palamedu coming on 16.01.2020 and subsequent every year and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2019.
