ORDER
It is represented by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the suit itself was disposed of on merits on 28.09.2018. It was, therefore, submitted that the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Though the learned Counsel for the petitioner was given time to verify and to get instructions, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is unable to get instructions. The learned Counsel for the respondents further states that as against the judgment and decree in the suit, the respondents have preferred an appeal before the Sub Court, Aranthangi. In such circumstances, recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
