incompetent and void and directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2019 along with the petitioner's proposal form dated 20.04.2016 for grant of Venture Capital Assistance within the time span as fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the records in File No.

SFAC/TN/11-148/VCA/2017/875, dated 23.05.2018 on the file of the second respondent and direct him to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2019 along with the petitioner's proposal form dated 20.04.2016 for grant of Venture Capital Assistance.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. No counter has been filed as on date, despite several opportunities. However, learned counsel for the petitioner, on

instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready to mould his relief to the limited request of having the respondents considering his representation.

4. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2019 and pass order orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
