When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the suit itself has been disposed of on 01.07.2017. Since the revision petition is against the interlocutory application filed for impleading third parties to the suit, the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
