2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1033 of 2019 Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10703 of 2017 dated 06.02.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1033 of 2019 Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10703 of 2017 dated 06.02.2019 is relaxed.
