ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in crime No.15 of 2017 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there was a direction by this Court to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks. He would further submit that all the records were sent to Forensic Department and due to delay in receiving report from the Forensic Department, the respondent police is unable to comply with the order passed by this Court and hence, he would request https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Recording the above said submissions, this criminal original petition is closed directing the respondent herein to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
