Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20887 of 2022, dated 06.12.2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20887 of 2022, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station on every Saturday at 05.30pm, until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
