O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Patta Nos.1531 and 2583, which was issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 6 for S.Nos.433/1 and 3, originally classified as road (Pattai) in S.No.433 and restore the said Government Purampokku Road (Pattai) to the original position for public usage, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.08.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though a larger relief is claimed in the writ petition, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2/5

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that reasonable time may be given to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024

5. In view of the submissions made by the respective learned counsels, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice of hearing and afford reasonable opportunity to all interested parties before passing final order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
