This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award passed in MCOP.No.137 of 2018 dated 27.11.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Judge, Trichirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Except the sixth respondent, even though the notice has been served on all other respondents, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and further directed to print the name of Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned counsel for respondent No.6 at the time of listing the main appeal for admission.
