Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2053 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment, dated 07.11.2013 passed in S.C.No.102 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
