Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANGUSAMY V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15322 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Tirunelveli. 4.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15322 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Tirunelveli, on 31.01.2023 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.401 of 2023 thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Tirunelveli.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
