This Civil Revision petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of appeal , the fair and decreetal order of the Courts below and the material papers in this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.George Raja Advocate for M/s Ajmal Associates for the Petitioner, and of Mr.R.Sundar, Advocate for the Respondent, and it is represented by the learned counsel for the tenant that he has filed a letter of undertaking on 4.11.2019 vide USR No.43979 of 2019 stating that he will vacate the premises in question on or before 31.08.2020 and this Court while disposing of the Civil Revision Petition, doth order and decree as follows.
