RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.20457 of 2022 dt.18.11.2022 against the Petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20457 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20457 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner no.1 shall report before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.863 of 2023 the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner no.2 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
