ORDER

The revision petitioner herein is the tenant, who suffered an order of eviction in R.C.O.P.No.21 of 2000 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Thoothukudi. 2.The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner/tenant has vacated the premises and surrendered possession to the landlords. Since the revision petition is filed only against the order of delivery in the execution petition, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the civil revision petition has became infructuous. The learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
