ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the second respondent to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.1809 of 2020. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy in his orders has directed the second respondent Police to take appropriate action in the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the second respondent could not take up the case and therefore, sought two weeks time to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
