DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the award of the Tribunal and the material papers in the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan,Advocate for Appellant and Mr.N.Sudhagar Nagaraj, Advocate for the first Respondents and the 2nd respondent having appeared neither in person nor through an advocate, this Court while dismissing this Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:
