When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the respondent stated that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the suit itself was disposed of. Since the Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint, nothing survives in the present civil revision petition after the disposal of the suit. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
