Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 157 days in representing the civil revision petition against the order of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli dated 23.11.2016 in O.S.No.129 of 2007.
Prayer in CRP(MD) No.SR26134 of 2017:
Civil Revision Petition to set aside the decree and Judgment dated 23.11.2016 passed by the learned Principal subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli in O.S.No.129 of 2007.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.MOHAMED YUSUF, Advocate for the petitioners and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 157 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned on terms and accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
