ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Madurai for expeditious disposal of the suit filed in O.S.No.403 of 2010. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the suit has been disposed of on 16.08.2011 itself. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present civil revision petition.

3.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
