ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.637 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed on 30.12.2019. This is the second petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced before me the video recording of the incident. It appears that the defacto complainant has conducted herself in a very aggressive manner. In any event, arrest of the petitioner is not going to serve any purpose. It could also seen that the petitioner was also injured.
