ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Driver cum Conductor of the respondents transport corporation challenging the order of transfer from Tirunelveli to Chennai.

2.A perusal of the impugned transfer order reveals that it is on administrative ground and no allegation has been made as against the writ petitioner.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is working at Tirunelveli for so many years, the question of interfering in the order of transfer does not arise and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
