RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS PRAYER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed under Order 38 Rule 8 & 151 of Civil Procedure Code praying to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 20.01.2014 passed in A.S.No.28 of 2013 on the file of District Judge, Karur in confirming the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 18.08.2011 passed in I.A.No.407 of 2007 in O.S.No.179 of 2005 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur and allow the CMSA.
ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, (Full Additional Charge of Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur), in D.No.440/19, Dated 29.03.2019 seeking extension of time for four weeks, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.K.Kumaresan, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.S.Gokulraj, Advocate for the Respondents R1 and R2, and this Court made the following order:- By order dated 30.10.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the applications to be filed by the appellants, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No440/2019 dated 29.03.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four weeks time to comply with the order dated 30.10.2018 made in this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal. The letter was dated in the month of March, 2019 and now almost one month is over.

3.There is no objection on both sides in extending the time limit.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time and also considering the lapse of one month, if the orders are yet to be passed by the Court below, one month time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 30.10.2018.
