This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.270 of 2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Radhapuram Police Station, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, the respondent police has altered the Sections 417, 420, 506(2), 352 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act to Sections 417, 506(2), 352 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram.
