ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.145 of 2009, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Considering the fact that the R.C.O.P., is pending from 2009 (for more than 10 years) and this Civil Revision Petition is pending for more than 8 years, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of R.C.O.P.No.145 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
