This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 25.04.2012 in I.A.No.1093 of 2011 in O.S.No.245 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.04.2012 in I.A.No.1093 of 2011 in O.S.No.245 of 2010, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the main suit itself was dismissed for default on 31.10.2019 and the same has not been restored.
3.Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision is closed. As and when the suit is restored, it is always open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
