This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.52 of 2010 in M.C.O.P.No.59 of 2009, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Authority (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Tirunelveli, dated 08.08.2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main M.C.O.P. has been disposed of on 14.03.2013.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petiton stands closed. No costs.
