Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent's impugned order in Na.Ka.No.6621/Aa2/2021 dated 03.03.2022 and quash the same as devoid of merits, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to remove the endorsement of Document Remarks on Registration of sale deed Document No.1395/2017 dated 31.03.2017 in the Encumber Register in respect of property in Town Survey No.2346, Plot No.1B, an extent of 720 Sq.Fts in Mardhupandiyar Nagar, Anupanadi, Madurai Town, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 03.03.2022 in Na.Ka.No.6621/Aa2/2021 and seeking for a consequential direction to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the endorsement of Document Remarks on Registration of sale deed Document No.1395/2017 dated 31.03.2017 in the Encumber 2/6
Register in respect of property in Town Survey No.2346, Plot No.1B, an extent of 720 Sq.Fts in Mardhupandiyar Nagar, Anupanadi, Madurai Town, within the period as stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 4 to 7, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner within the time bound manner.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that if any appeal is filed, the same would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 3/6
5. In view of the same, in the event if any appeal is filed by the petitioner as against the order of the second respondent dated 03.03.2022, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal of the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
