Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to the Memorandum of grounds of Civil Revision of Petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India against order and decree passed dated 16.09.2016 made in I.A.No.30 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.GOMATHI SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 313 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-
