ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order, dated 21.04.2011, passed in un-numbered I.A., in I.A.No.40 of 2004 in O.S.No.13 of 1999 by the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2011 and it is seen from the records that the petitioner reported dead on 03.10.2019 and till date, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. This Court is of the view that there is no point for keeping the petition pending for the past nine years and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
