Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of constitution of India, Praying this court may be pleased to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.736/15 in O.S.No.295/11 dated 05.04.2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has bee filed to condone the delay of 117 days in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
