ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order, dated 19.12.2011, passed in E.P.No.56 of 2011 in A.R.C.No.139 of 1998 by the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, Execution Petition in E.P.No.56 of 2011 in A.R.C.No.139 of 1998 was terminated on 22.03.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court.

4. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
