To set aside the judgment and decree passed dated 19.08.2015 made in O.S.NNo.65 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi.

2. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. However, the delay is condoned

on condition that the the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
