PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR13872 of 2017:- to set aside the order dated 25.10.2016 made in I.A.No.583 of 2015 in O.S.No.153 of 2008 on the file of Sub-Court, Nagercoil. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.THAYUMANASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 214 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
