This civil revision petition has been filed against the order and decretal order dated 13.06.2012 passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai made in I.A.No.529/2011 in O.S.No.300/2000.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Pitchaimani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that this matter has been settled out of the Court and he has also filed a memo, dated 23.01.2020. A perusal of the said memo shows that the dispute in this civil revision petition has been settled out of the court between the parties.
