2022 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police station instead of contonment police station, trichy Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5716 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6053 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5716 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6053 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD)No.291 of 2023 in 2022, dated 13.12.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30 pm.

5.With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
