Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavits filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 41 days in filing an application to restore the above C.R.P.Nos.1409 & 1410/2004 which was dismissed for default on 27.06.2017. COMMON PRAYER IN CRP PD(MD)NO.1409& 1410/2004 : Civil Revision petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying the against the order and decreetal order in I.A.Nos.106 & 107/2002 in O.S No.6/2000 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Manamadurai, dated 19.02.2003.
ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMAKRISHNAN, in both the petitions and of MR.S.PARTHASARATHY, Advocate for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner in each petition in each petition shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
two weeks from today, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
