ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering into the civil dispute without following the due process of law and to take action against the fourth respondent by the first respondent herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before him dated 12.04.2018.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and also the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. Perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that First Information Report is registered in Crime No.281 of 2018 against the petitioner and investigation is pending before third respondent police. 4.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
