O R D E R

The subject matter of this Contempt Petition is the order, dated 24.09.2019 in W.P.(MD)No.20306 of 2019, which according to the petitioner has not been complied with.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, has produced before this Court, a copy of the order, dated 20.06.2021, passed by the authority concerned in compliance with the order, dated 24.09.2019 in W.P.(MD)No.20306 of 2019. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received the said order. Hence, the learned Special Government Pleader is requested to serve a copy of the order, dated 20.06.2021 to the learned Counsel for the petitioner forthwith.

3.Since, the order of this Court, dated 24.09.2019 in W.P.(MD) No.20306 of 2019, has been duly complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
