This Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment and conviction, dated 05.03.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Tirunelveli, in S.C.No.349 of 2008.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that during the pendency of the case, the victim/PW1 who is the wife of the 2nd respondent/A1 due to the marital relationship, they were blessed by child and the child is aged about 12 years and for the future of the child, they have decided to settle the issue amicably as advised by the elders of both the family member and hence, he seeks permission of the court to not-press the criminal appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
