JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that the appellant died on 24.09.2017.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has confirmed the same and she has also submitted a copy of the Death Certificate of the appellant, which shows that he died on 24.09.2017.
3. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
