This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 12.07.2011 passed in I.A.No.34 of 2011 in O.S.No.194 of 2010 by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same has become infructuous.
3.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
