This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P (MD).No.21124 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor/respondent. 3.Since the petitioner admits that he was aware of the order passed by the respondent on 22.10.2019 in compliance of the earlier of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.21124 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019, it cannot be said that there was no disobedience on the part of the respondent. It could be termed as wilfulness, since the order of this Court had directed the respondent to consider the representation within the stipulated time and the respondent had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD).No.28 of 2020 also complied with the same through their order dated 22.10.2019. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
