Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.EBENEZER T.A.,Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16105 of 2021 on 15.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy on 15.12.2021, but the same was not taken on file so far.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16105 of 2021 on 15.11.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
