Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JOEL PAUL ANTONY.A., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there is a delay in getting Certificate from the

Village Administrative Officer, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15619 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15619 of 2021 is extended finally further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
